Lizz and I first had the pleasure of working together at Adyen, having joined at around the same time. As peers in different groups, we frequently shared ideas and collaborated on ways to improve and rationalize processes in the organization, and I quickly formed an appreciation for her attention to detail and drive to really improve the people around her and I recognized her potential to be very impactful in a leadership capacity. At Marqeta, I got to see that that potential in action as contributor in the customer success team she was leading. Her personal and team motto of hustle and grit, as well as her passion for doing right by the customer, set the tone for an uber-productive and cohesive customer success organization that really pushed the boundaries of how an effective team can operate. To summarize, working with Lizz has been both joyful and inspirational during my time at Marqeta and Adyen and I believe that she would be an extremely strong asset to any organization that she's a part of.
